It’s time for some baby shower inspiration, guys! I love to remember the time two years ago when some friends and I threw a baby party for one of the girls, she was the first in my circle of friends who had a baby and it was really fun to prepare the party for her. In the end, it was a really small party, we were just four girls plus the little unborn baby girl, but we had a great time with homemade, pink cupcakes, balloons, white wine (for the girls without a baby bump) and a diaper cake, decorated with gifts for the mom to be.
It is said that the right time to throw a baby party is during the last two month before the due date, we still have two and a half months to go but you can never start to early to get inspired!
Because of that, here are some adorable baby shower inspiration pics:
1. Invitations
A perfect invitation for a tea party inspired baby shower, image found here.
I love the colors and the vintage style and isn’t the tiny triangle garland just adorable? Found it here.
You can never go wrong with colorful confetti and sprinkles…found here.
2. Decoration
A super cute play kitchen and confetti balloons!
I love the tassel garland and the pink lampion in the picture on the left and colorful, sparkling stars are always a good idea!
Party animals and a lovely balloon decoration.
Alice in Wonderland wood blocks – I found them on Etsy - aren’t they just adorable?!
Vintage letter cards - they can be used as a cute nursery decoration after the baby shower.
Image above found here.
Pink and orange is one of my favorite color combinations at the moment so…here are some more pictures:

These pink elephants are just adorable!

Horses, pink and orange – anything else needed for a fantastic party decoration?!
3. Wishes for the baby
What a cute idea to have cards for everyone at the party to write down some wishes for the unborn child!
A modern style for the card and the orange looks great with the polka dots! Image found here.
I love the cards with the tiny heart, image found here. And the glittering clothespin is really cute – and an easy DIY as well! Image found here.
I found these cute cards on Etsy here and here. The cards in the picture on the left are about the wishes for the baby and the cards in the picture on the right include parenting advices, and every guest can guess when the little one will be born and what size and weight it will be. Personally, I would combine both variants.
4. Baby party photo booth
Yay for photo booths! What I like especially about the one above is that everybody can choose a letter, what is a great way to guess what the first letter of the babies’ name will be if it’s still a secret. It would be so much fun to see who was right when the name is announced!
Kisses for the baby bump – I guess these ladies had fun with all their photo booth props. Image found here.
Ok, that’s enough inspiration for now. Have a great start into the new week – the weather is supposed to be great in Germany, so I’m looking forward to soak up the sun and hopefully get some new freckles!
